2012 Winter Party Festival Media Accreditation Instructions

Application Deadline – February 22, 2012

Thank you for your interest in covering the 2012 Winter Party Festival. To be considered for media credentials, please complete the application form below, including all areas marked with an “*”. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Please understand that Winter Party is a fundraising event and we are limited in the number of credentials that can be issued. Applications from editorial writers and photographers will reviewed for credentials, but we cannot accept credential applications from advertising sales, marketing, technical or support staff representatives.

A maximum of two credentials will be issued per publication. An exception can be made for broadcast outlets that will be coming with a crew to cover Winter Party. Please indicate this in the “Comments” box at the end of the Application.

Freelance writers and photographers: please provide the media outlet, assigning editor’s name and contact information relating to your assignment.

Please note that no media will be admitted to the Sweat and Afterglow events.

Thanks again for your interest in the 2012 Winter Party Festival. At the conclusion of the Festival, please email clips or links of your coverage to: winterpartymedia@gmail.com.

Photographers who are not on assignment, but are willing to donate their photography services to the Task Force in exchange for a credential, please email a separate request to: winterpartymedia@gmail.com.
